Your journey with us begins the moment you reach out with an enquiry. We’ll promptly arrange a convenient appointment to visit your property, take accurate measurements, and assess the proposed space.
During this visit, we’ll sit down with you to gain a clear understanding of your vision, lifestyle needs, and what you hope to achieve. Based on this conversation, we’ll offer ideas and practical suggestions, followed by a costed initial estimate.
We understand that this is your project—our role is to support, enhance, and refine your ideas, helping you bring them to life with clarity and confidence.
From your brief, we will develop design concepts and collaborate with a structural engineer to plan how your space will take shape, both visually and structurally.
Once your drawings are complete, we’ll provide a detailed quotation, clearly outlining costs and options based on a full understanding of your requirements.
If you already have architectural drawings such as for a loft conversion we’re happy to review them and provide a competitive and transparent quote.
Following acceptance of the quotation and planning approval (where required), we will confirm a start date and assign our dedicated team of skilled tradesmen to begin the works.
Throughout the entire project, we will keep you informed every step of the way—from installation and coordination with Building Control, to the final bespoke finishes that make the space truly yours.
