We are open for business as usual. Planning in building construction involves three major steps:

  1. Developing the Building Plan
  2. Analysing the Financial Requirements
  3. Selecting the Construction Team

Once the site intended for the building project has been selected, professional input from engineers and architects is engaged to develop the site and formulate the building plan.

In some cases, the site selection occurs after the building layout has already been prepared. The building plan is then created according to the owner’s specifications and budget. With a finalized plan, detailed financial analysis and cost estimations are conducted. Structural design details and material estimates are compiled to produce an accurate projection of the overall project cost.
